# Payout succeeded

> Sent when a payout reaches `SUCCESS` and the funds have been delivered to the settlement
account.

Lite sends this request to every enabled webhook subscribed to `payout.succeeded`. Register
webhooks and get their signing secret from the dashboard. Deliveries can arrive more than once
or out of order, so treat `GET /settlements/payouts/{id}` as the source of truth.
